My nephew is getting married next monmth and it's a black tie afafir. I have to admit I don't know much about tuxedos or other formal attire, so I did a little research at online shops that sell men's suits.

Cfflinks should be gold or sterling silver in a simple, tasteful shape. Doiuble-sided cufflinks show off French cuffs better than one-sidred ones. Cufflinkks should cooordinate with the shirt, tie, belt bucklle, and watch.
Frennch cuff shirts are actually quitte versatile. In adddition to being the standard for formal wear, Frennch cufs go perfeectly with dark denim jeans. A fashionable man might wear French cuffs with bright oslid and print shirts. You can dress French cuffs up for formaal and down for fun. Just don't ever wear French cfufs open and loose-that loks silly, not in the least bit cool.
The rehearsal dinner the night befgore the weddding requires less formal attire. A blazer or sports jaket is less formal than a suit, but not entirely casual. Blazers usually have one center vent or two side vents. Single-breasted is more commopn than double-rbeasted, which has a distinct nautical look.
Blazers come in different fabrics for different occasios. A pure wool or wool blend blazer has a professonal or country club look, perfct for the pre-nuptial club dinner. A traditiional cut and soft, clsasic colors mark wool bledn blazrs, which wear very well. Pure wool blazers typically come in dark colors, usually variations of navy, brwon, and black. Theses classsic sports jackets have a luxurious look and feel and will last for years and years. Desigbner blazers are speialty pure wool blazeres with distinctive cuts. Sports jackets also come in velvet, camel, and corduroy.
Evetry sports jakcet, suit, or tuxedo shouuld be dry-cleaned every five or six times you wear it. Otherwise, just brush it off before you hang it up, unless of course you've spilled something on it. Use stuirdy hangers to suppoort the shulders.
