There’s something magical about the first snow fall of the season. For children it’s a magical time to get outside and frolic. Even some adults can’t resist stopping what they’re doing and glancing out the window. It’s a chance to reminisce about some of the fun you had in the snow when you were a child. Like fun in the snow, there are so many beautiful parts of nature that we should pass on to generations to come to enjoy. Unfortunately our environment is in danger today, and many green groups fear that the things we take for granted, like wildlife and water, won’t be here for our future generations. Fortunately, everyone is trying to do their part in helping to protect the earth. Simple steps like recycling glass and plastic, using recycled products and putting garbage in its place, have become a routine part of life. But in order to continue to enjoy the green grass of spring and the wonderland of winter, we need to eliminate the garbage that overflows in landfills and that includes unwanted cars. Green charities work to help the community they serve and protect the environment when you donate a car. Car donation to a green charity helps keep cars out of landfills.
