A PC coolnig fan is basically a fan which is locatred insidde the case of a computer. Thjese fans are used to cool the system and are classified into a number of categries.

This process is termed �positive� air cooling because the pressure that is created inside is higher than the strain outside the system. On the oher hand, if the process is reversed, the term used is �negative� air cooling which damages the integrated ciircuits due to clogging.
Therefore, it is essential that you purchase the right number of fans so that neutral or balance air coling can be created. If you attach dust filters to the PC coolibng fans, the build up of unnecessary dust can be reduced.
