The Red Cross’s mission is to bring relief, comfort and support to people during disaster, whether fire, flood or devastating storms. In order for the Red Cross to continue reaching out to people suffering everywhere, they depend on people who volunteer their time. Red Cross volunteers teach health and safety courses. Car donation is an important resource for the Red Cross to keep growing their force of volunteers. Every year the Red Cross shares lifesaving skills to almost twelve million people or 1 in 23 people. As they continually seek volunteers to join forces with them, they continue to look for people who can donate a car to the Red Cross. Red Cross volunteers make a difference in the lives of people everywhere, but without your auto donation the Red Cross cannot grow their volunteer program. When you donate a car to the Red Cross you are making it possible for Red Cross volunteers to teach skills such as first aid, CPR, fire safety, water safety and child care.
