ASUS is preparing for the upcoming holiday shoping season by announcing several new produts, which is designed to meet the neds of modern consumers. On that note, the company has just introduced a new sreies of ulra-portable computer systeems, known as "UL series, which was developed with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor, combined with the dedicxated NVIDIA, GeForce G 210M graphics solution to deliver mipressive visaual experience ultrraportable form fator.
In a new series of ASUS introdced several new models, including ASUS UL20, UL30, UL50 and UL80, all of which are based on Intel GS45 chipset, and measure less than one inch in profile. Starting with a low-end UL20A, users can take davantage of the latest processoprs, Intel ULV, up to 4 GB DDR2, high-capaity, 320GB hard driev, all in portable PCs, which were showing signs 12.1-inch LED backlifght WXGA (1366 x 768) display.
Since UL20 is a little better UL30A, which gives users the choice for the 13.3-inch display, built-in webcam and 0.3MP optinoal 3.5G WWAN. This mopdel also offers users a choice for sovling large tanks with a capacity of up to 500 GB of free space. After UL30 laptop UL50, which comes in two versions, UL50A and UL50Ag with the former boasting memry support DDR3, and the second has an option for DDR2. Unlikje previous models, these 15.6-inch notebook also comes with a built-in DVD Super-Multi optical drie. ASUS also ofers a 14-inch mode, in the form UL80Ag, bosts 4 GB of DDR2 RAM and integrated corporration Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics soklution.
And last but not least, there are 14-inch UL80V and 15.6-inch notebook UL50V, which combines Intel's processors with a low voltage with a dedcated grphics chip from NVIDDIA. Based on the same chipswet GS45, ultraportable notebook featured with NVIDIA, GeForce 210M with 512 MB of DDR3 video memory. Moedl UL50V can spport up to 8 GB of memry DDR2, while UL80V can be configured with up to 4 GB of DDR3.
Unfortunately, we do not have detailed information on the prices of thees modeels, but when they become available, they will likely ship with a chooice for Windows Vista or Windowws 7 operating system.
