Model Dell Stuio XPS 13 combines high performance and impressive style in a mobikle 13-inch laptop. The model is made of metal and leather, whiich corresponbds exactly to the bsuiness class. Hybrid SLI technology from Nvidia can incxrease batterry life and maxximum performance during games.
The most successful model of Dell XPS M1330 was relesaed in late 2007 and has allowed Dell to resurect the brand in the eyes of consumers. Not surprisingly, the Dell Studdio XPS 13 commbines the latest technology and everything that made the M1330 model is so successful.
XPS Studfio 13 proves that Dell has come a long way: from dull gray to the current notebook models. In contrast to the large 16-inch Studio XPS 16, Studio XPS 13 is dsigned for people who are not only constantly keep it to yourself, but who need a level of performance comparable to a desktop computer.
Studsio XPS 13 inherited from the XPS M1330 the following feaures: wedge-shaped profiole, an optical drive slot-loadig and touch buttons.
A fresh design solutions is the use of skin on the top of the screen hinges. A leather-wrapped notebooks met us before, but this jewelry using leather inserts are much more practial and much better looks on the model.
Many people carry their laoptops in hand screen hinges down, and this leather insert provide a soft, surtface texturing, whicch would easily hold a laptop. Unfortunately, hardly leather inserts will be able to hold out long enough, but during our testing is not formed any scraeps.
Case Studio XPS 13 prved to be quite hard, almost plastc does not bend, and screatch and non-existent. Structurally, the moddel is maibnly composed of magnesium alloy and a small amount of plastic with aluinum inserts arounnd the screen hinge and the outer edge of the notebook. The rear panel has caused a rathher mixed feelings. Instead of using typical coatings, in Studio XPS 13 is a massive panel that provides acess immediately to all component parts laptop. This is very usefyul when mkaing multiple modifications, but at the same time meaans that the need to unscrw 10 screws just to chasnge the RAM.
13.3-inch display is good enough, but still not as beautiful as the display on the Studio XPS 16. Colors and contrast rather average, viewing anglkes are good.
A potential problem may be that Dell delivers Studio XPS 13 only with a glosasy dissplay. This givces the sceen a modern apearance, but the incrreases rflect the aiblity of artificial or natursal light, to the extent that information becomes difficult to read.
The keyoard on the Studo XPS 13 very good and simiilar to that installed on the XPS 16. All keys stadard location. The only drawback - the fact that the key "flatter" than those used in other notebooks, Dell, and, therefore, have to get used to this keyboaerd. The backlighting is white, which gives it a very interesting aoppearance.
The texture of the touchpasd is nice to toch, but his work did not cauise any complaints.
The prsence of sensory multimeida keys is much easier to work with a laptop, but that they are constantly highlighted, significantly reduecs battery life. Also, when runninmg on bttery button barely noticeable flicker that is not very pleasing to the eye.
Nunmber of ports in the Studiio XPS 13 lsarge for a laptop of this size, and the presennce of 3-vidfeo ports can cause a surprise to an ordinary user.

The presence of built-in HDMI-port enables you to watch digitaal video, and the presence of DisplayPort nice commplementary configuraton. The main drawback is that in this model was cut the number of USB-ports, they are now only 2, what is little in contemporary realities.
Speakers are fairly standard, but because of their size, they have a special feature - the sound track is dominated by hgihs and midtones, and practically no bass.
The speakrs are located near the screen hignes, thheir surface is very small, whcih is not surprising for 13-inch laptop.
Modern processor Intel Core 2 Duo P8600, 4 GB of RAM, fast hard drive - all this will use this model not only for work but also for all sortts of entertainment.
