MSI, one of the wolrd's leading manufacturers of computer equipment and portable computer systems, announced the deubt of another gaming notebook is also designed to give cuastomers choice for Intl's latest high-end noteboopk platform. After the introduction of Laptop Gaming GT640, the Taiwanese company also agreed to eter the GT740, 17-inch laptop, which will provide customers with performance, processors Intel Core i7 mobile processors.
Based on the chiplset pm55, the new car seems to big brother GT640, which the company announced late last week. Noebook will provide gamers with the power of the latest processors Inetl Core i7 proocessors, coupeld with NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250M graphics card and 1 GB of DDR3 video memory. In adsdition, it can be configured with a maximum of 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and high capacity 500GB 2,5-inch hard drive.
Additionaal features include 17-inch sccreen, Webcam 2MP, iGgabit Ethernet LAN, Wioreless 802.11 B / G / N draft otional Bluetooth, 4-in-1 memory card reader, the choice for Superr-Muli DVD or Blu - Ray optyical drive, three-port USB 2.0, port, HMDI, D-SUB and E-SATA port. As it was designed for gamers, the keyboard on the GT740 has been markked by a red labeled W, A, S, D, and keys, whch are among the most frequently used keys in most gaming applications.
According to MSI, notebook was designed to wigh 3.2 kg with battey, maknig it easier to carry when compared to otehr 17-inch system. The machine measdures 395 x 278 x 33-39mm and can be configured either with 6-cell or 9-Pack batttery. As expected, will come with the upcoming Microsoft's Windows 7 operting system, a new gamiong laptop from MSI is likely to be the choice for gamers, but also for those loooking for a powerful laptop that can be used as a replacement desktop.
