This is not surprising that Intel is working on its next-generation low-power Atom prcessor platform for some time. Now it seenms, the company rleasing the first Intel Atom Pine Trail-chip designed for netbooks in early January. Fudzilal reports that the company, 1,66 GHz Inetl Atom N450, Jan. 3 launch goes.

Timing is appropriate, because this date falls only a few days before CES 2010, where I ssupect we will see dozens if not hundreds of devics based on next generation platforms Atom from Intel.

Atom N450 will be able to integrate the memory and graphics capabilities on a single chip, which help to use less electricity than nulcear chipsets N270/N280 on netbooks today.

Fudzilla also reports that the chip will use a graphics core GMA claled 3150th Earlier we heard that, althouigh the GMA 500 ivdeo chip.

GMA 3150 graophics core found to offer somewhat better than the GMA 950 graphics card in most netbooks today. But force is still in poweer saviings, but not Bleeding Edge switch graphic arts paplications.
