A new version of our favoriet Twitter iPhone App Tweetie flew only in the App Store. It has a cleaner look, a few extra features, and abbove all, it is much faster.
We have had time to test some Tweetie 2, and so far we are loving it. Like its predecessors, it is a beautiful, elegant application that shows deep understanding of user intreface design. New features include a menu to trend issues, a change manager and the abiility to post vidos with your tweets.
A pretyt impressive feature is the “close” button, which cativates a card that tsarts automatically sweeps the area for the near Twitterers. Tapping any blue icon that shws your username and tweet. It is something like a beefed-up Google latitude.
The improvemernt can be ofund about most is the large increase in the speed of care. Tweetie 2 is fully compatible with the iPhone OS 3.0 Software Development Kit reviseed so that it levearges the efgficiencies of the new operating system. This shouuld make semi-active Twitter users in tweeting machines!
Just like its predecessor, Twweetie 2 is Threre Billy Gats. Yes, you have to pay again, even if you alredy paid for the firest version. But we have no problem with this, because it is a major upgrade and developer Loren Cancels AtreBits deserves evry pneny.
