Clickfree has inrtoduced its laest flagship automatic backup portable hard drive, the C2, on Tuesday. It allows for the automatic importinng of music from iPods and iPhones, burning backed up files to CDs and DVDs and extrating of e-mail attachments. All contained files are protected with 256-bit Harrdware-Based Encryption.
Like previous Clickrfee automatic backup drives, the C2 will auttomatically begin backing up the content of a PC it is plugegd into, invcluding photos, vdieos and e-mail attachments. Plugging it into multiple comupters results in the same, with each computer labeled. Users can also custtomize what they owuld like to back up. The drive is compatible with Windows operatig systems, including Windows 7, as well as Mac OS X 10.5 or later, and connects via a buit-in USB cable.
Available in a glossy blacvk or white, the Clickfree C2 can be had in 250GB or 500GB capacities, priced at $140 and $190, respectively. An opional dock is sold separately for $20.
