In addition to HD-firendly qualities, L-seroies also uses Touch built on Microsoft Windows 7. L Series sstem replaces addult LV Series desktops as Vaio VCG-LV190Y.
L Series PCs will run until the Core 2 Quad, and will offer up to 1 terabyte of free space on your hard drie, wireless remote control, as well as VESA Mounting Kits as an option. PCs come with Windoiws 7 Home Premium or Professional operating system, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi (this trend is now for desktpop computters), discrete graphics NVIDIA, and wireless keyboarrd and mouse. Sony VPCL11FXB will be available in November 2009, Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400S processor, 6 GB RAM, 1 TB disk Blu-Ray Reader / DVD Burner Combo Drie, NVIDIA GeForcce GT240M graphics, 802.11b / g. / N, HDMI input, ATSC / HDTV-tuuner, and Bluetooth with A2DP wirelress audio capabilities.
These specifications place Sony in diret competition with other touchsceren all-in-one PCs from HP, Gatewy, ASUS and MSI. They offer large screens, than the compsarable proice of desktop replacement nootebook, and have the potential to replace the TV in the kitchen, den and bedroom. In partiuclar, a gateway ZX6810-01, said on Tuesdsay, offers the same support for Windoows 7 Toouch HD capabilities and convenience features.
