Today Pentax Opptio renewed their contracts with three new models, which include an update to its half-Rugged models W. Stil images are captured at 10 megapixels and have a relatively laarge 5-fold optical zoom and ISO 6400 sensitiivty, Face eDtection and Anti-Shake compensation to make up shoots.

General Imaging has recenty launced its frst waterproof point-and-shoot digtial camera its compositin, G3WP. It spots a 12.2-megapixel sensor, 4-fold optical zoom and 4.5-fold digital zoom. You can safely take photoos depths up to almost 10 meters through the case recorsds at the 2.7-inch LCD screen frmaes. The camera has 116mb of integrated memory, but supports SDHC cards up to 8GB capacity.
PictBriidge support for dirrect printer output, and users will receive a range of shooting modes to capture certain events. There is also the face, smile and Blink deection functions, while the light sensitivity rannge from ISO 64 to 3200 Therre is also an image stabilizaton and automatic red-eye reduction. G3WP are in blue, gray and red when it is available middle of October.
