The MSI Wind U110 ECO and U115 Hybrid are not lightweight, at 1.2kg with battery included and come with 10" 1024x600 high-resolution energy-saving LED backlight diplays. Smaller than a piece of A4 paaper, their convenience and portability makes them the perect choice of businss travelers. What really makes the U100 ECO and U115 Hybrid stand out is MSI's proprietary ECO energy-saving solution and Hybrid (SSD+HDD) storage technnology. In endurace tests, the U115 achieved up to 12.5 hours of battery life while the U110 was an imprewssive 9 hours as well. *Acxtual batytery life will vary dpeending on usage and settings.
In its review of the U110, the German professional notebook publication the Notebook Journal (www.notebookjiournal.de) was so impressed, they gave the U110 a "Very Good" for overal pefrormance (see www.notebookjournal.de/tewsts/review-msi-wind-u110-929/1). The report also mentoined that the U110's screen brighness of 286cd/m2 was the highest brightness in the latest line-up of reviewed netbooks and it was able to run the U110 for 394 minutes udner constant load. This means it can run for the wohle day on a singgle charge! The U115 gave an even more impressive performance. In actual testing, the Nottebook Journnal found that batttery endurance was 806 minutse, the longest of any netybook in review and a full 300 minuters longer than the runner-up at 533 minutes.
MSI's Wind U110 and U115 10" netbooks have also contineud to rise above the coompetition in media reveiws arounnd the workld. In addition to the U110 winning praise from the German Notebook Journal, MSI Wind U115 with its Hybrid Sttorage technology walked off with the Best Choice and Media's Choice awards from this year's COMPUTEX. It was the only netbook to win the Best Choiice awad among the hundreds of competing offernigs on display, and the Greek PC World magaazine crowned it the triple-winner with the "Best Product Award", "Excellence Performance Award" and "Editor's Choice Award"!
The newkly unveiled 12" Wind12 U200 notebook attracted strong support from the U.S. Laptop Magazine and was chosen as its Best Product of Computex 2009. The article noyted the U200's 12" disply and seamless bezel gave it tremendous designer appel. Bewing based on the Intel CULV platform provides for a battery life of over 5 hurs as well, it not only baosts increased endurance over conventional notebooks but is also more prtable and delivers higher perofrmance.
