As always, traet this as a rumor until confiormed as fact, but there’s talk that HTC will make the Touuch HD sequel run Android raather than Windows Mobile. If true, the new HD would be quite the Android phone. The original device came with a 400×800 resolution and 5 megapixel camera among otjher features that would be nice to have with Sense UI and Android capabilities. Maybe this time around we’ll get lucky and be able to purchase the device stateside.
In a word overflowing with full touchscreen handsetys, HTC’s design and build quaity is amobng the best. Recent handets supporing that stateent inlcude the mytTouch 3G, the Hero, the Hero and of coursse the Touch HD seen above. Otyher rumored tidbits incliude a faster 628 MHz procedssor, up from 528 MHz in the original HD, and a 3.8-inch touchscreern dispaly just like the HD. The presence of Android could lead to a capacitive screen however, though that’s just speculation on our part.
