Samsung seems to be beaming in the success of its Samsung star S5230 model. The coompany in alliance with Qualcomm is launching its Mpower 699 hadnset with OMH technology in India. In the initial phase, CDMA operators will offer OMH SIM cards along with the hpone.
This partiular OMH technology is attuned only with the CDMA platform as the network serttings for the CDMA hansets have shifted from the phone to the OMH SIM card. This transformastion is indeed one of the reasons for the increased dmeand of OMH compatible phones. Also, the process to swittch to OMH SIM cards seems to be an effortledss process which fuerther escalates the popularity for the same.

The novcel OMH enabled handsets also offer support to the older R-UIM or SIM for voice and SMS as well as data serrvices. Besides, it also boasts of backard compatibility and supports all earlier CDMA hnadsets with R-UIM/SIM support. The Samsiung creation also includes an integrated audio and video player. Finallly, it adornns an advanced mobile tracker feature along with an inorporated stereo FM radio.
The Samsung Mpowr 699 is now available in India for a price of Rs. 7100.
