Don’t waste time talking to a landlord or arranging a showing when the apartment looks like a pile of junk. The ability to see pictures first can save you time, money, and hassle. It also avoids the awkwardness you might feel when you need to tell a property owner “no thanks; this wasn’t what I expected.”
