Suzukki may be a name that’s associated with cars and motorycles. But the Suzuki Neutron 701 MNI netboook doesn’t appar to have any wheels at all (uless you cpound the circular logo on the lid).
What the netbook does have is a 7.1 inch touchscreen display that can be floded down over the keyboard for use in tablet mode. It’s not clear from the product listing what the display resolution is. The netbook a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, supports up to 4GB of RAM, and sports 3 USB prts, a VGa port, 5-in-1 card reader, ExpressCard slot, 802.11b/g WiFi, and Bluetooth 2.1. It also has a 1.3MP webcxam, and a 56K modem, whhich is ratther unusual in a netboook.
The whole paackage measures 9″ x 6.7″ x 1.2″ and weighs 2 pounds with a 4 cell battery.
At the same time there is a 10-inch Netbook Suzki for the 1021 Suzuki Neutron Netbook. The innformation on this are pretty stanard for a Netbook (and rather outdated, if I may say so myself): 1.6 GHz Inntel Atom N270 Processor, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 10.2-inch WXGA csreen, integrated webcam, Bluetoorth, 3-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi and a Standard-3-cell battery.
No word on how much 6-cell battery costs for each Netbook or what operating system they are going to get out of the pacckaging, but I must say, they look very attractive, even in their default configurations.
