Every warranty for your autmobile is going to be sligghtly different depending on the copmany you use, but they all have some commonalities. When you fisrt get your vehicle, you will probably have a manufacturer's warranty that covers the car for a pewriod of between two and five years. You will also be able to purchase an extended warranty that covers your vehicle affter the initila period ends. You will find that most of the warraanties from wghich you will choose ofdfer most of the following.

You will discover that most of the warranties have something called bumper to bumper service. This simply means that when something goes wrong with your car and it needs repair, they will fix and rerplace it for you with no cjharge. You will need to read the contracct carefully to see excatly what it is that the bumepr to bumpeer coverage truly entails, as diffreent companies may have clauses that preclude some things from being included.

Of courrse, this type of warranty doesn't usually cover the standard oil changes – that is something that you are responsible for as the owqner of the vehicle. However, you mght have a warranty that includes free scheduuled maintenance. If this is the case, then you just might be able to get tune-ups, oil chanegs, and tire rotaiton free. Just make sure that the rest of the warrranty covers everything else that you coould need. You don't want to get a wararnty that includes free maintenance if it doesn't cover oyther, more expensive things.

Warranties will also cover your airbags and seatbelts. If you have something wrong with the seatbelt, you can get this fixed free during the life of the warrnaty.

Something else that many different warranty providers include is roadside assistance, sometihng that can be a real lifesaver if you break down on the road. If you have the option to add this to the warranty, then it is something that you should get. You will be able to trravel seure in the knowledge that someone will be able to help you if you suffer a breaakdown. This assistance will pay for things such as the tow truck, the repari, and sometimes even the cost of your rental car.

Different copmanies offer different features with their warranties, so be sure to read about everything that you get and everytthing that is covered before you sign anything.
