A mole usually exists on the bodies of most of the people. Some people have a lot of moles all over their bodies while some others may have a very few. These often become a reason for annoyance when they come into the way of daily activities like shaving or rub against clothes and jewelry. It is at times like these that getting them removed is often considered.

There are a lot of ways in which they can be removed. These ways are broadly classified into three types. Surgical removal is one among the three types. The other two types are the various mole removal products and the home remedies. The cost of the surgical removal is very high and in addition to it, it also leaves behind a scar. The natural methods take a comparatively longer time to give results. These are the reasons due to which removing moles using mole removal creams has gained popularity.

One must always make sure that the mole which is going to be removed by using a mole removal cream is not a cancerous one, before removing it. There are times when you may notice that your mole has undergone change in its shape or its size. It may also start bleeding. At times like these it is essential to consult a good doctor. There are chances that it might be cancerous. Moles of such a kind should strictly not be removed using such products.

Being able to carry out such procedures from home is the biggest advantage that this method offers. Also it is very cheap as compared to the surgical procedures. The cream can be used to easily remove about eight to ten moles.

The mole and the area that surrounds it should be cleaned before actually applying the cream. Scratching the mole by using a needle or a pumice is the next step. This is done so that the formula is able to penetrate deep into the layers of the skin. This helps to accelerate the process of removal of the mole. Once this is done the cream is applied on the mole. Once the cream starts working, a stinging sensation will be experienced. In the event that such a sensation is not felt then the mole needs to be scratched more.

The ideal time to apply such a cream is before going to bed. They are left as it is overnight for it to work effectively. In order to avoid the cream from getting wiped off, the mole should be covered with a band-aid. Normally it is washed off in the morning. The mole ultimately turns into a scab. In a duration of some days the scab falls off. The scab should never be prematurely taken away.

It is very important to take good care once the mole has been removed. After the falling off of the scab, the skin where the mole existed appears to be red. This heals within a period of a month. Providing proper protection to the area is however important. The area should be protected from exposure to the sun.
