Cutting off the mole is probably one of the most frequently used home removal techniques. This is usually done with the help of a pair of scissors. There are people who also make use of nail clippers for the same. The chances of contracting an infection increases if the instruments that are used are not sterile. One should thus ensure that the instrument being used is a sterile one. Cleaning the equipment with alcohol before using it is one of the most simple ways to sterilize them.

The cutting off of the mole will lead to some amount of blood loss. This blood needs to be cleaned with the help of cotton. The wound should also be cleaned in a proper way. Some kind of antibiotic ointment should also be applied after the wound is cleaned to avoid getting infected.

The next method used is the application of juices of certain fruits and vegetables which are acidic in nature. The acidic nature of these kind of ingredients is surely of help when it comes to removing moles. They however also have a tendency to burn the skin around the mole. In order to avoid this from happening one should apply some petroleum jelly on the area around the mole before applying such juices. Irrespective of the method used to remove the mole, implementing it with care is essential.
