Many people feel tired even after having sleep at night and they can’t find the reason for such a feeling. It’s always hard to work and concentrate during the working day because of the heaviness in the head. It may sound surprising but one of the reasons for constant laziness and fatigue is lack of sleep or having no sound sleep at night. One of the reasons for not having a good sleep may be an inconvenient bed pillow. Thus, it’s highly important to select an appropriate bed pillow of the right size and offering enough comfort to neck & head.

Originally the pillows were designed only for the wealthy people. Fortunately, nowadays, every person may afford sleeping on a pillow. Beside traditional pillows there are body pillows, nap bed pillows, anti-snoring pillows, reading pillows, buckwheat hul pillows & bedding furnishings. There are different kinds of pillows. Pillows are differentiated by size & shape: Standard Pillows, Bolster Pillows, King Pillows, Queen Pillows, Body Pillows, European Pillows, Reading Pillows and Neckroll Pillows.

Standard Pillowsare the most popular nowadays and suit almost any size of bed from king, queen to full-sized bed. This pillow has size between 20 inches to 26 inches.
Bolster pillows have a cylindrical shape and are mostly used for decoration. They are also called tube or neck roll pillows. Their size varies for single & double bed.
Body pillows are designed according to the size of human body and acquire its shape. Body pillows are rather comfortable and are perfect in the period of pregnancy that’s why they are also called maternity pillows.
King Pillow has got its name due to the large size which should be combined only with a king-size bed. These pillows are produced from high-quality cotton or other soft fabric due to which they are extremely comfortable. But if you have a queen-size bed you’ll need to purchase a queen pillow.
European Pillows are the traditional rectangular or square pillows which are ease to use. European Pillows are made from Eurofeather, foam or cotton. They may be medium & large in size.
Reading Pillows were specially designed for people enjoying reading in bed as it may serve as armrest, stabilizer and as book holder. Reading Pillows may be used in sofas as well. You’ll be impressed by a wide choice of colors & fabrics from which reading pillows are produced.
Neckroll Pillows are ideal for your neck as they rest on your shoulders for your neck to take the comfortable position.

There are other sorts of bed pillows, for instance, anti-snoring pillows
are specially designed for people who snore loudly & disturb other people's sleep. The principle of these pillows is that your jaw is positioned in such a way to be constantly open for the air to pass.

In addition, there are buckwheat hull pillows, hypoallergenic pillows, lumbar pillows, etc. you may choose an appropriate pillow to your taste.
