Speaking about the kinds of bras it’s important to mention the notions of underwire or soft cup. Thus, if you have large bust and want solid support, then you need an underwire bra. Soft cups are designed for women who are not recommended to wear underwire bras (breastfeeding, recent breast surgery, or for young women whose breasts are still growing). Underwire bras have different styles, as the wiring under the cups offers great support with less fabric.

There are padded and unpadded bras. Padded bras are excellent for smaller busts. Push-up bras belong to this category. There are bras with more padding, helping a woman who wants a more size to fill out her tops. Some padded bras have removable pads you may change to suit your mood and style.

A full-cup bra is suitable for women whose size is larger than a D. This bra covers the bust completely, thus giving more support. This style of bra is great for a woman with a large bust in order to give better shape and lift. Despite the opinion that a 'full-cup' bra may be associated with a plain white bra, full-cup bras may have various colors and fabrics, being rather attractive.

When wearing a v-neck shirt a bra mostly shows above the neckline. In order to avoid such an unpleasant situation use a plunge bra that has a rather deep separation between the cups. Besides, it offers more lift and separation making your breasts visually larger. This kind of bra is widely used and loved by women.

A demi or half cup bra is somewhat cut slightly above the nipple line and offers less coverage. However it offers a significant lift. Most of demi-cup bras have smaller underwires and are made with an inward tilt. These bras are typically cut straight across the breasts and have a wider center portion to allow for good support. This kind of bra is wonderful for small women having problems with the placement and size of a traditional underwire bra and for women who don't require much support.

A balconette bra offers more coverage than a demi or half cup bra, and it differs from the half-cup in the center portion, which is usually cut in a more v-shaped pattern. This kind of bra greatly suits shirts with dipped necklines.

An important kind of bra preferred by new mothers nursing their children is a drop-cup or nursing bra. That bra has hooks at the tops of cups near the straps, allowing to drop down the cup breastfeed the child. Earlier these bras were unattractive white in color, but nowadays they're available in a wide variety of fabrics and desiogns.

Summing up it’s necessary to emphasize that having only one bra isn’t enough for a woman. Depending on the needs and situation a woman may need bras of different styles. So, it’s perfect when a woman has different styles of bras in order to look awesome.
