Whenever I visit Clickbank to find a new product that I would like to promote, there are a number of things that I always keep in mind. The first thing that I keep in mind is that the product that I choose must have a market of buyers. There are thousands of different products on Clickbank, but not all of these products have potential customers, making it increasingly more difficult to market and sale those products.
Instead, I begin my search by evaluating what is currently selling the best at that moment. It’s possible for you to do this by looking at gravity scores. The products that you find with the highest gravity scores are the ones that are selling the most online.
I then search through the top 50 best selling products to find something that personally interests me. Once I have found something, I do the next most important thing, which is to ensure that the product is actually converting well.
If the seller doesn’t provide me with any conversion data, I usually skip the product. It’s too much of a gamble as I could spend a great deal of money driving traffic to the site and not get anything back to show for it.
If the seller does have a conversion rate listed, then I usually don’t go for anything less than 2%. This may seem low to some people and high to others, but it generally ensures that I will see a return on my investment making all my time and effort worthwhile.
Obviously, the higher conversions that you’re able to achieve, the best, but try not to promote any products that are below 2%.
Promoting Your Product
Clickbank currently features some of the best digital products with some of the highest payouts to its affiliates. But how do you promote these products correctly on your blog.
There are a number of ways that you can accomplish this. The first thing that you need to ensure is that you don’t adopt a method that is too direct and aggressive. The moment you make an attempt to sell a product to your blog readers, unless you have their full trust, you will likely lose them.
So the first thing that you should do is talk about problems that your blog readers might have. If your blog is all about health, then you can talk about numerous remedies that can help them cure certain conditions. For example, if you were to talk about tinnitus, then you could provide your readers with information on products that they can use to help them cure the condition, thus, giving them a link to a product that you found on ClickBank. With that sort of method you won’t come off as being a salesman or being too direct, you would be merely providing them with solutions to problems that they may have.
