I purchased a new product on his recommendation and it found a worm that the other program had missed. This worm had logged important financial account info without my ever knowing it. Luckily I was able to remove the worm, dispute the fraudulent charges and get back to a fairly normal life quickly. Of course, if I only had the best antispyware product to start with I would have never had the problem.
