Closely neglected by Sonic followers everywhere, Sega of America had previously launched a game collection referred to as “Sonic Gems Collection” for GameCube. Shipped out to retail stores in 2005, the bundle inserted Sonic Fighters, a well-known Sonic Game, with a number of others not so properly known.
Clearly, Sonic developers where making an attempt to do a little combine and match with their new and never so well known titles, trying to deliver them forward with the assistance of their already established, good promoting releases. The Gems assortment did not sell as well as their previous release, but that shouldn’t of come as a surprise considering their strategy.
