David Arquette and Courtney Cox are confirmed for production of Scream 4! There was rumors within the last many months how the 4th installment will be made into a reality. However, it wasn't confirmed until E! had received a statement from Arquette.
E! online spoke with Arquette and he stated, " "We will be doing Scream 4," "Kevin Williamson is writing the script at this moment, and hopefully Wes Craven is going to direct." The first installment of Scream was launched in 1996 where Arquette played Deputy Dewey Riley and Cox like a tabloid television reporter Gale Weathers...
The duo actually became very acquainted with one another throughout the filming so that as we all know have been happily married since. David joyously expressed, "I fell deeply in love with my wife on Scream, so the chance to bring [Dewey] back to life as well as for my wife to experience that character again, it is simply going to be really fun," Arquette said. "It's just great."
The film was allowed to be a trilogy but after the success with the 1st three component, Bob Weinstein went ahead using the fourth part. The shooting moving on June 28, 2010 and wrapped on September 24, 2010. The movie is releasing on April 15, 2011.
The Weinstein Business officially announced concerning the fourth part in July 2008. Wes Craven was delighted to direct the movie while he felt the script is really as great since the original script.
