If you want to learn how to soften suggestions inside sentences, you first need to acquaint yourself with some conventional strategies that are used in mind control hypnosis that will enable you to do this naturally so that what you are doing will fly completely under the radar. The two most common hypnosis strategies that are used to soften suggestions are language softeners and time constraints.
If you want to soften suggestions that are embedded in simple sentences, language softeners are brilliant tools that will enable you to do this. A language softener merely softens a suggestion or an instruction to the point where it doesn't appear to be a suggestion or an instruction. Language softeners come in a variety of forms, and we often see them being used in the form of a question. Let's take a look at how you can employ a language softener to disguise a suggestion:
"Could you take a moment to give me your full attention?"
Now, observe the beginning phrase of the sentence, "could you take a moment", sets up the actual suggestion in the sentence, "give me your full attention". Become aware of how much more covert and softer this is than if you said,
"Give me your full attention".
Needless to say, you're far more likely to get what you want from somebody when you combine language softeners into your suggestions. Another thing that you will notice in this sentence, "Could you take a moment to give me your full attention", is that there is a time constraint built into it also because all I did was ask them for, "a moment". This is yet another tactic you can use to make your suggestion more powerful. Time constraints are part of what covert hypnosis refers to as "time distortion".
Time distortion is another hypnosis tactic that you can use to change the decision making processes of other people. If a person is led to believe that, "it will only take a moment" for them to do what you are asking them to do, they will be far more likely to obey you.
