Non-disabled workers have an employment rate of seventy eight%. Nancy Starnes, vice chairman and chief of staff at the National Organization on Incapacity, speaking from her background of helping folks with disabilities realize employment, says, "I heard a lot of terribly, very disheartened people who were attempting to appear for work."
