From when a mother knows she is expecting a baby, the maternal instinct straight away triggers a protecting instinct that tries to confirm no damage befalls the baby. Even that weird occurrence, which sometimes is an overwhelming probing for certain foods or non-foods while pregnant, is that the body's' way of claiming that bound minerals are missing from the system and you need them to confirm the baby gets optimum growth in the womb. My wife and I being first time mother and father are leaving nothing to probability to make sure the best for the unborn baby. My wife will continually flinch whenever anyone or thing move terribly close to her. She isn't alone several mother invest a ton to their unborn babies, a real testimony of a mothers' love to her kid that is freelance to the kid's physical appearance. As much as some oldsters lock up their children because of physical deformities and therefore the stigma societies attach to those abnormalities. But most mothers love their babies unconditionally. This ensures the survival of infants to adulthood, because of God for these instincts. Simply like the American poet (James Agee) puts it "A mother never realizes that her kids are now not kids". Even once they are grown old she believes that they continue to be her little children.
Listen to the present Irish saying "A man loves his sweetheart the foremost; his wife the best, but his mother the longest"
My friend told me 5 years ago it's his mothers' instincts that saved him from certain death when he got a bout of pneumonia. He had a piercing pain in his chest, that he would stoically endure even because it looked terribly serious. One reason he resisting going to hospital was he had emptied his pocket at the start of the school term. And he thought the pain would eventually go away. However his mother who is additionally a grand mother had not retired from parenting arena. She said this was not a laughing matter which she wasn't going to the village till my friend saw a doctor. And with that she fished from her massive purse Ksh three,000. To my friends surprise the doctor told him he had pneumonia. Every mother contains a sixth sense that is not possible to argue with.
A priest tickled his congregation when he talked of this mothers' unconditional love. He spoke of the obligation to congratulate the new mother, there's very no comeliness within the infant to talk concerning when she cannot honestly exclaim "What a stunning boy" then merely says "What a baby."
