The NLP Quick Phobia Model.

Keep in mind if your phobia involves real danger like being frightened of toxic spiders, or snakes, or any dangerous animals then you should still keep a little bit of the anxiety you're feeling after you see them. This is often as a result of you continue to want to own a healthy respect for any dangerous animal, or insect. If you dispose of the concern completely you may find yourself intensifying to a lion and patting it on the head, which will never do!
