You can get up a little earlier than the rest of your family and start your day with some quiet time. You can take a shower, meditate, read a few pages in your favorite book, or you can just enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea in peace.

Sitting at a computer for hours can leave your neck, back and shoulders tense. You can give some muscles and youself a little break and stretch. You body and mind will benefit from these little timeouts.

Do a few stretches and yoga exercise at your desk, or take a walk. Be away from work for a short little walk can help you clear your head, get your heart rate up and your blood pumping, giving you an instant energy boost.

Some breathing exercise can also help you regain peace. Close your eyes for a minute or two when you get stress, do some meditation will keep you calm and focus on what you need to handle.

4.Have a new hairstyle or change a lifestyle.
Change your hairstyle or dress style, take some treatment. Not only is the treatment itself relax you, but you can also gain confidence and feel better about yourself when you look good and pretty.

Set some time for your friends and family. At least once a week, do something with a friend. Dine with your family member, and communicate with them about what happen around you.

5.Try something new.
Learn something new can be a very rewarding experience. Attend some classes you have been interested in, for example pottery classes, or learn a new language.

Keep learning new things for a long time will keep you challenged and to take a break from you from your everyday life.
