Feeling benefit from a bit of a fatty? I've got three workouts that will strip the weight off of you as well as leave you with a good base to start a serious workout habit. These exercises are guaranteed to obtain the sweat pouring and start shedding the fat from your body.

Chest Press x 15
Bent Over Row x 15
Squats x 15
Lunge x 15
Bicep Hammer Curl x 15
Tricep Skullcrushers x 15
Ball Crunches x 15

Go through this routine at least twice preferably three times.

Fatty Workout 3

Do this workout outside plus work on doing the entire routine with no rest. Then rest for 2-5 minutes also replicate 3 to 5 times.

5 Minute Stretch Bodyweight Warmup
Lunges - 10 reps/leg
Side Lunges - 10 reps each direction
Butt Kicks - 25 yards
High Knees - 25 yards
Arm Circles - 20 reps
Trunk Twists - 20 reps
Side Bends - 20 reps
