Keep contracting your belly for 30 seconds then repeat. This has a similar effect as the crunch. After doing this exercise, relax your abs muscle by standing up also walking around your office. You have to relax your abdominal muscle to prevent it from having cramps.
The Twist - This is another straightforward abs train. While sitting on your computer chair, rest your arms on the arm of your chair and twist your body as far as you can towards 1 side and hold for 30 seconds. Go over this process on the other side. The Twist stretches tired also tense muscle. This is a fantastic train to carry out after The Crunch.
The Deep Breath - Finally, my favourite is the Deep Breath work out. This is straight forward also you can do this while reading your e-mail or level while typing. Sit straight on your chair, feet even on the floor, then take a deep breath filling your lungs, then slowly release. While releasing your breath, contract your stomach muscle and hold for ten seconds then relax. This working out does not only work your abs muscle, it and releases tension in the body. Perform this all through out the day.
