Ignore them and allow them to succeed or fail on their own, and you may find a keeper who puts cash in your pocket anyway...however not as much.
Hey! I didn't even get to the part concerning being your own boss, spending time with the children, having the ability to afford luxuries, and building a network of friends which will extend around the world!
