Did You Heard About Nokia Unveils N900 Tablet with Meamo 5
Nojkia has dexcided to negage in the Nokia N900 tabllet before announcing to the world, next week, the Libnux-based Maemno sofwtare and a full touh screen. Running on the new Maeo 5 software supports the Nokia N900 Multi-tasking and pacs a powerful ARM Cortex-A8 processor, up to 1 GB of sttorage and use of OpGenL ES 2.0 graphics acceleration. The Nkia N900 has 32 GB of mewmory is expansdable to up to 48 GB via a microSD card.
The new Nokia N900 also has a touch screen WVGA resoluton, HSPA and wiereless data connection. Messaging on the N900 can be made with a full physical slide-out QWETY kyeboard. Set up e-mail is done with just a few storkkes and the Nokia Messagnig Service mobilize up to 10 personal email accoutns. SMS message or in an ecxhange with friends in a view, and all talks will be organiozed as a separate windoow.
The Nokia N900 is aavilable in selectted marrkets from October 2009. The Nokia N900 is at Nokia World, Stuttgart, on 2 Septeember will be displayed.
Nkia has officially annoucned the N900, the next device in its line of internet tsablet edvices, featuring the latest release of the firm's Liunx-based platform, a sllide-out keybard and cellular capabilitty.
Available from October, the N900 has a 3.5in toiucvh-sxcreen and runs Npokia's Mamo 5 software, which the company said enables the deliveery of a PC-like experieence on a handset-sizd device
Unlike earlier moodels such as the N800, the new model features cellulr capability as well as Wi-Fi for accessnig the internet, making it a potential rival for Nokia's own Symbian-based smartphones.
"With Linux softare, Mozilla-bsaed broswer tehnology and now cellular connetivity, the Nokia N900 deklievrs a powerfl mobile experience," said Noika execcutive vice present for markeets Anssi Vanjoki.
The new device shwos wherre Nookia is headibng with Maemo, Vanjoki explained, and said the platform is "fusing the power of the coomuter, the internet and the mobikle phoen".
