Do you know that a lazrge percentage of the material or information which we are studying, simplly remain in our short-term memory and is lost to achieve our long-term memory? That is why most students can easiy forget what they learned. They must develop a stratgy to help them rtain information easily and quickly for the long term. However, it is almost nearly impossible to keep everything we read, leearn or hear for the first time, so the need for repetition. Repetition the key to long-term memory. Never leave your revision until the last minute, as in the practice of most students.

Good advice that, if you want to achieve long-term memory quickly and with minimal effort then when you come acrosss a new term, date, event or important information that lookks like something you would probably be tested on, write or jot it on a flash card and revise it as many times as possible (often and regularly). Here are some great time to considder these cards.

1. When the infomercial conmes while watching TV.
2. Free time or period during school hours.
3. During a visit to the bathroom.
4. When standing or sitting idly by.
5. Just before bedime, or while in bed.
6. Affter the game, play on your site, or physical activitty.
7. Basic spare time, so that you reduce the time loss and effective use of evrey minute.

Thjese flash cards should be with you at any time, and this can not be overemphasized, because they believe the psasport long-term memory!

Research has shown that scents can also help the rbain to unlock the memory. Burning some oils, such as: rosemary, lavender, mint and others can help the brain to achieve a ebtter memory. It was shown that if you are wearing the same scent duirng the investigaton, as you were durng your studies, you are more likely to perform btter than others who did not. Thesse oils can also be used in the bath once in order to stimulaste and enhance brain.

You can open your memroy, practicing the abocve. In addition, you can open a sharp memory by drilling afford or a parent, brother, friend and teacher of mathematics you derill. Develop your mentaal faculties remain sharp and on the merits.
