It seems to be that whenever you buy anything you aren't familiar with, it's always a good idea to do your homework, ask questions and become educated in the product or service before you buy it. This will save you a lot of time, money and heart ache in the end and you will truly be happy with the product you buy. Pop up displays for trade shows are no different! You need to know a few key details before you even bother to buy anything!

First off, you need to take a look at the frame quality of the display, wherever you may be buying it from. Frames will vary by materials, but the best and highest quality materials are fiberglass and carbon fiber.

While aluminum is much cheaper in price, it also is less sturdy and will last much longer than the fiberglass and carbon fiber. These materials are also very light-weight, which is great if you plan on lugging them around with you to different trade shows and you have to set them up on your own. There is nothing worse than having a top heavy design that you can't set up on your own accord. Next, you need to take a look at the graphics. Of course the frame is going to hold everything together, but the graphics are of the utmost importance. Ultimately the graphics are the face of your entire exhibit.

If you have a less than stellar graphic to show off, chances are you won't seem as professional as you originally had hoped you would. When it comes time to purchase your actual graphics for the display, it's important that you consider the key factors of the graphics such as text (color, size and style), as well as material that the graphic display will be placed on. Make sure you use a durable material that will last, not only through this exhibition, but through many others as well. A graphic isn't especially cheap, so it's important that you get it done right the first time around.

If you aren't sure about what materials to use or you are confused about colors, sizes and styles as well as lighting options, speak to a vendor. Most of the vendors that sell these pop up displays for trade shows are quite educated and knowledgeable about their product. One would hope anyway. Graphics vendors can also help you figure out what type of graphic you might need for your display. Next, it's a good idea to ask about the warranties for each of the pop up displays for trade shows before you buy them. Depending on the price, it will cover a specific percentage per cost.

You have to realize that a warranty coverage for a $500 pop up will not be the same as something like a $2,000 one. But, that's just common sense. Warranty packs will usually cover frames and graphics individually. Before you buy the display, make sure you ask the vendor all the questions you need regarding the warranty. The last thing you want is for something to break on the pop up displays only to realize itBs not covered by the warranty! And lastly, make sure you choose a quality vendor. It's okay to look online, on forums, trade show boards, etc.

Check up on the vendors before you buy the pop up displays for trade shows from them to see how well their prices compared with other vendors, what their customer service was like, if they had quality products, if they had a good warranty cover, etc. It's better to be safe than to be sorry, and if you don't check your vendors' history, you just might be walking blind when it comes to buying from them.
