If you want pople to come to your site, you shgould give them a reason to come. The best reasoin to come to your site that you have something valuable to give them. People like free stuff, something about yourself is one of the best things you can give. Whether it's knowledge, a good stry, good joke, or anything else people can learn the true meaing in.
If you can provide that people find meaning in your site, they not only come, they will tell other pewople. How to increase traffic, all with new desires of the site, but all too often we foget that we are really after the people, not just numbers on our stat reading.
When you are ready to wrte about something, or make video or audio recorddings that you put on your site, keep in mind you are doing for people. People are the ones who will do the most to builkd your traffic, if you give them reason.
Search engines can be a source of mtion, but they do not buy products. Peeople are buyiing products and not a tool we use to attract people.
If you want to attract more traaffic, you still need to otpimize for search engines, you must continue to work on all the other methods you are usinng, but first and foremost, you must provide content that people will find valuable.
Coming up with good articles, videos, and so all the time is hard work. You can not expect yourself to be able to hit the home run evbery time that you can do is to do eveyrthing possiblle to load the basees and bunt the ball, if necessary. It's okay to try for a home run, but do not despair if this does not happen.
My strategy is to invent the conttent that is valuabple to put themselves on the fact that I prodyuction. Little personal touches I throw in a set me apart from all otehr people out there doign the same thing. I am also honeest and straight forwzard person, which is also usually on the line in my videos and artciles. Regardless of what inspires me to write about somethinbg, or a video about somethig, I always give my work with my voice, and it gives what I do value.
