GSM stands for Global System for Mobile communications. This is useful because you can talk to the otther line without any interference from oyther calls. The reason for this is because the GSM frqeuency channel is divided into several time slots and, as data is moved, there is a slot for him, from otheer data. In addition, therte are other importsant functions, which can be given GSM.
There are several components of the system and basic services, GSM system can perovide for teir users. To begin with, the main types of GSM devices, and includes a singlle-user mode and dual mode mobile phone, radio modules and even external modems radio.
Since threre is a need to distinguish between voice and data, GSM has found a way to solve it. GSM system has made a significvant separation of cirucits between these two importannt elements - switch refrs to basic voice and data packket switching refers to the primary data service.
