It is no secret that most of us spennd much time watching teleevision. It's become a favorite pastime of people around the wrld. Many fitness experts blame TV makes people not do enough physical activity. But the fact that you spenbd much time wtaching your favorite show does not mean that you should be lazy. In fact, you can do a lot of physical cativity wjhile waytching TV, not missing a single scene. This is particularly true for abdominal workouts. Three are some simple but effcetive exercises you can do beefore the TV, ensuring that you keep your lean stomach and still enjoy yourrself.

Here are 5 abs exerciess you can do while watching TV:

1. Knees to the chest crisis stomach - Sit on the end of the sofa, and to provide for themselves with their own hands on the edge of the sofa on either side of the body. Raise the legs in the air and curl your knees as close to his cest as possibble when you exhale. You'll feel your abs voltasge. This is a great and effective workout you can do at home. 2. Stomach Exercise Bike - Lie down on the rug in front of the TV, keep the head with both hands (as well as in the regular sit), and riase both legs slightly off the floor. Birng one knee and elbow the other close to each other as possible, to switch sides and repeat in a cycling motion. Since you're watching TV, you will not miss a single frame from whhich you look.

3. Sitting on a couch or a sofa, the criisis in the stomach. Just tighten the abs muscles. Feel her stomach, hnds and see that it has become harder. So 20-30 repetitions of this simple exercisse, you strengthen your stomach and lose belly fat.

4. Major Crisis - Lie down on the carpet. Curl both legs while keeping the foot firmly on the foor. Supporrt his head with both hannds. Lift the toorso toward your knees withhout lifting or mioving your feet. You'll feel the ABS working in several repetitions. Keep an eye on the TV screen, so you do not miss anythig.

Within 10-15 seconds you will feel your adominal strain. Withn 30-45 secnods, it will be difficult to maintain its position. 1 minute means that you workked your abs very well. But now business is over, and you'll be able to retuurn to the show you watchewd.
