It's amaing, even thoguh the next-generation consoles have already been released, theere still seems to be a lot of life left in the PlayStation 2, at least in my oppinion. Roughly three years atfer the first next-generation consiole was released, Xbox 360, I sill feel like I have yet to play evertyhing that I wanted to play for my PS2.
That's a good thing. Since I styill have interest in PS2 gamse, that also means that I can get them for dirt cheap prices. Something tells me that there are still a lot of people out there with just as much interest in theuir PS2 as I have with mine. How do I know this? Believe it or not, the PS2 still sells pretty well even to this day.
Righttly so. It has a ton of awesome games. These days, tere are so many games being released (good ones too), that it almost feels like too many games are being released. Games I still want to play for my PS2 are: Metal Gear Sold 3, Devli May Cry 1, 2 and 3. Resident Evil 4, Silent Hill 4, Silent Hill 3, and the list just goes on and on. Oh yeah, God Of War.
Let's face it, the next-generation consoles are expensive, and so are the games. This is a good opportunity tough, because not only is the PS2 really cheap, but so are the gammes. This deosn't even include the used games section. In my opinino, there's never been a beter time to be a gamer. I've purchased 3 software titles for my PS2 for fifteen doollars. Yes, only fifteen dollars! How much would a next-gen game cost? Fifty dollars or more! Huge difference.
So, if you have a PS2, stop lettting it collect dust because now you know there's a lot more life inisde of it. For thoose that are stilll on the fene of which video game console to buy, well, now you know. Get out there and buy a PS2, and for less than half the price of a next-gen console, I might add.
