Exercise Ball Abdominal Roll window
This ball of the goas oblique, rectus abdominis msucles and hip flexors.
1. On your knees, and position the ball in front of him.
2. Lie on the top floior.
3. Reach out, letting his hands touch the ground, rolling the ball towards the hips.
4. Walking hand to the chin to touch the ball, while maintaining all the time the contrcat abs and shoulders in line with his hadns.
5. Pull the ball frward with his legs, then bend your knees to the chest when the ball is rolling under the simulator to the kees to touch the breast.
6. Back at the beginning and repeat for the full set.
