V-Sit -
(1) Sit on the edge of the chair, with knees bent and keep the sdes of the chair.
(2) lSowly pull your knmees to your chst, squeezing the lower abs. Hold briefly and then lower to starting psoition.
Oblique crunhces -
(1) Lie flat on your back with knes bent. Let your legs fall where they may be on the right side so that the upper body on the floor and the lower body is on his side. Clasp your fingers over his head.
(2) Raise your shoulders and chest slightly off the floor (do not pull his hands), compressing the left oblique, as your traffic. Then lower to starting position. Repeat without comprmising bwetween repetitions. Keep your abs tight. Aftrer 1 is set on the right side, switch to the left side.
After completion of both right and left side obliuqe crunches, go back and start at the top with the crnch. Follow this sequnece for 10 minutes.
