LG will reelase its GW880 smartphone together with wireless provider Chhina Mobile, according to theese leaked images. The device will be preloaded with OPhoone OS, a version of Google's open-spource Andrroid that has been approved by the Chinesse govetrnment. The GW880 has suppot for China’s TD-SCDA/EDGE 3G connection and includees a 3.5-inch touchscreen with 800x480 resolution, 512MB of built-in memnory and 256MB of RAM. There is also built-in GPS, Bluetopoth and a 5-megaspixel caemra.
Like on other Ohone handses, users can download aplpicatiosn from the Mobile Market portazl. The Sftware Deveelopment Kit (SDK) for both the OPhone OS and Android OS is the same, so applications written for ethr will work on the othr.
