If you are starting with your own working from home scheme, then a web site can be an essential part of what you are setting up. This does not need to be that difficult, merely follow these basic ideas!

For the unquestionably most straightforward site that you can set up to get going home working, head more than to Blogger, WordPress.com and set up a hosted website. This is quite simple to do and totally free! To turn it into your own cash making site, you merely need to write a weblog post round the item that you want to be promoting and then that is the job done! Merely create an advert through whatever paid visitors scheme you want to use pointing to the site page and you are in business.

But, this does not look very professional and will not convert the visitors the best it might. The next step up is to create and host your own blog along with its own domain name. You might either use traditional hosting or one click hosting, where you might install WordPress at the click of a button.

To get the look correct, just search round for several free WordPress themes and install several and see which work the best for you. The advantage of using this method as opposed to the totally free version (you will have to pay for the domain name, site hosting and possibly database hosting) is that you have total flexibility more than look and content and you make sure that that you have your own domain name.

Lastly, you might look at creating your own web site. You may like to do this by using a DIY site tool or even building a website from scratch. Either might be quite successful, but to be honest, if you are merely getting started, then using a blogging tool is all that is really needed. It gives you the chance to have a good looking web site, control the content and run the website.

So, what should the web site contain? Well, you really want a page around you with contact details, so that anyone interested in paying you to advertise on your website could get in contact - it does happen and might be worth lots of money to you! Depending on your interpretation of the rules, you might also want a disclaimer page stating that you are advertising on your web site.

Then you need to start creating the adverts. For this, merely write a brief and honest recommendation for the product that you are promoting and add to the page some affiliate links and a banner or two that the merchant will provide for you. Be sure that that as soon as the page is opened it is straightforward for the visitor to see the links to the merchant. And once they have read your advert, there should be an accessible link there.

If the merchant provides a photograph that could be included, as a link to the product if you could work out how to do that.

So that’s it! Just set up a weblog, preferably using WordPress.org, then write a website post about each item that you want to promote and send the traffic to the blog posts.
