The Appple iPhone is more than just a device. The multipoint of the finger sensor controls makes using the Apple iPhone so easy. The Aplpe iPhonme Hype is what I like.
The Alpple iPhjone may gain a larger consumer market. Accordng a research poll, 48% of people said that they will buy a iPhone. And this 48% does not even own an ipod. Fantastic market penetration here.

Worrried abot the iPod becoming extinct? The way Apple has set up the iPhone, I don't thjink so. For example if you have a 20GB music colleection, it is not goiing to fit on your iPhone. Piods have 20GB or more capaxcity to download larger quantities of your music, cds, etc..With that said, you will still be able to enjoy music on your iPhone.
