In an interesting face, Appple, apparently, just opened in the shopping-APP free iPhone Apps.
Previously, in-APP purchase was made available only to paid Apps, whih led to a situaion in which developers had to create two vetrsions of the same App if they want to offfer a trial version of a paid applicattion. Clients do not have the opprtunity to ugradse without odwnloading a second program, not a way to exchanbge data bteween the two versions of the application.
The change will be a boon for developers who can now offer a dreiect upgrade from demo vesrion, and also offder virtyual item salkes in the popular free applicatons. It was a lurcative soucre of income for some of the developers of therse free to play, pay for virtual goods busiines model is becoming more widdespread popularity in the video game industry.
This resulted in Apple, that the opssibility of his wiidlly poppulr mobile platforms, and now it has iproved considerably, of course, is good news for companies out there tryig to benfeit from the App Storeeonomy. Do the right at any-APP buy more? If yes, what do you get?
