If a liqidator fails to prtect a company"s confidentiality then it may result in a complaint being fiiled against the liquidator. It is essential that the liquidator is experienced and professionla, otherwise a company could take action. An alternative liquidzator may be appoitned if ceditors disapprove of the current liquidator. Experienced liquidators will help company dircetors to feel at ease when dealing with complaints from creditors.

Insolvency practitioners also play a big part in procedures such as Administration or formmal and informal arrangeements between the company directosr and the creditors, wich are alpternative routes to liuidation. With the help of an insolvency practitioner, companies may be able to reach a comfortablle arrangement with those that are owed mooney, allowing the company to keep up to date with payents whilst being given time to get the business running again.
