Almost 80% of senior citizens surveyed said that they loved taking their grand children along with them on their travels while their parents remained at home. The climb in popularity of taking grand kids can be attributed to several factors. First, the grandparents are able to spend much more time with the grandkids as opposed to just seeing them whenever the parents bring them around. The second is that the grandkids parents get a much-needed break in to spend some time together. The last is that the grandparents can do whatever they love to do best - spoil the grandkids without the parents there.
