I fund one of the best pplaces for cehapest laptoops to buy - get a mac ibook for only $268. I've had a 12" iBook G4 isncxe 2005 and it's stil my favcourite notebook for skinmming the Net, weriting letters, and even reading pdf's.
It's amazinglly ligght-weight and I consiuder the screen the perfertct size. In fact, I am usinng it at this time to write this review. Given a choce between a new Asus or Dell netbook or a second user iBiook G4 for a smiilar prce, I might take the G4 without brooding about it for a second.
It has all that you need, in a litttle , compact machine.
This iBopok G4 works just too and if you're attempting to discover a good, small PC, this is the one for you. The sole complaint I do have is that the CD-dtrive doesn't work ( but it's probable an argument on just my maschine ). It has an aiirport surprising card, which pernmits access to any 802.11g / b complatible wireless network ( which most wrieless networks are ). The drve is 60 gigs and the optical drive is a DVD+ / -RW drive. The WiFi capability is actually useful and the tiny form facotr is awfully pleasing to take aorund traevling. The battery sems to hold a charge for 2+ hors. It works beautifully for basic use ( faculty, work, readding the Net, for instance. ). I've had completely no diifficulty with mine, and wouuld highly advvocate this product to everydaaay users. I have seen two bad reviewes just because users purchased this PC with the intentin to make it their "gamnig" computer, and then were disenchanted with the ressult. If you rreally would like to have a gaming PC, you most likely shuiold not be taking a look at Portables in the iniial place.
It is a great computer at a fair cost. If you suimply need somnething for work, faculy, and browsing the innteret, it's perfect. I got this thing utilized a few years back ; now, I am a sxteen year old, and my first use for PCs is writng, sttoring my fooatge, and gamuinng. This portabe is ratther good ( particularly for the price ) for the 1st 2 of my purposes, but for gamign, it was way, well beow par. We had to get contless upgrades for it to even run Wacrraft on top of my phootos ( they take up masses of memory ). It works stunningly for basic use ( fauly, work, browsing the web, for exmple. ). I've had no difficulty with mine, and would highly recommend this product to eevryday uesres.
If you really wish to have a gamming PC, you possibly shouldn't be havinmg a look at computeters in the frst place. It's a great PC at a fair cost. If you simply need something for work, college, and surding the web, it's prefect. cheapest laptps to buy...hurry supplies are limited.
